So, we're all pretty much finally made it back to London after launching Zimki at EuroOSCON in Brussels. Everyone had an excellent time, but we've had to take a few days off to decompress after such a demanding schedule.

In fact, In the last month alone we've had people at Foo Camp, the London Test Automation Conference, YAPC::Europe, Rails Conf Europe, d.Construct, and EuroFOO / EuroOSCON. Quite simply, we've had people talking about Zimki all over the place.

At a couple of these events we've been hosting our Zimki stand. This has given us a chance to talk to people face to face and get some real input on the stuff we've been doing. One of the things we're doing over the rest of the week will be going over this feedback and feeding it back into our roadmap.

Of course, with the stand comes the famous Yaks:

Besides from the numerous technical questions, we were always being asked where we got the yaks from. The stand also offered us a chance to give out a bunch of free stuff. The preshaved-yak tshirt was a great success (everyone loves a free tshirt) as were the pens, the lanyards, and the free beer at the beer night.

So what next? Well, James and I want to get slides-with-audio from our talk online by the end of the week while the rest of the team push the next release to staging. And then? Back to the grindstone and on with the roadmap.
